24/7 Support - Honest Answer Requested Please

Vera Dashboard says that 24/7 support is provided. Every time I have contacted Vera support outside of European office hours I get voicemail if calling or no answer until the next working day if email.

Please can Vera post an accurate description of what support service to expect when, because the current 24/7 statement in the dashboard is simply not accurate.

If you are going to provide a monitoring service then it is essential that you also have a 24/7 tech support service with people available to deal with technical issues that are triggering the monitoring service to call.
