In a workflow, in order to trigger a transition(link), is there a way to access the house mode without having the house modes plugin installed? I can’t seem to find it anywhere…

Anyhoo, would be nice to be able to query some of the vera varilables (urn:micasaverde-com:serviceId:HomeAutomationGateway1) in the workflows.

you can. all Luup.xxx functions can be used as part of the transition condition expression.
