Aeotec Multisensor 6 in 1 Gen 5 not responding

Hi

My Vera Edge seems to keep losing contact with my Aeotec Multisensor and generating alerts eg

28-04-2019 5:53:09 PM Device NOT responding Multisensor 6 in 1
28-04-2019 10:51:46 AM Device responding again Multisensor 6 in 1
28-04-2019 1:05:58 AM Device NOT responding Multisensor 6 in 1

It’s within a few feet of the controller and powered by USB. I’ve only got one other z-wave unit connected (a TKB On/Off Switch Socket - GEN5) and don’t get any alerts from that.

I’m trying to use the light sensor to turn off some automated lights after other lights have been manually turned off using a scene triggered like this:

“6 in 1 Multisensor (light) brightness goes below 2
Time Restrictions: on Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun between 10:30 PM - 02:00 AM”

But it’s currently not triggering every time it should.

Vera firmware has been updated to the latest, but this problem existed on the previous version as well.

Any suggestions?

Liam

@Liam,

would be interested to hear how you get on with this one, I have the same model, which keeps being refreshed, generating new device_ids for the child devices, which then kills any PLEG logic :frowning:

Thanks
Tony
