Alarm trigger not working

So, I’ve been trying to get my custom notifications done for my alarm. Ive set up two triggers and the Conditions and Actions. I cannot post my Status Report, it includes my API credentials.

Can anyone tell me why when the alarm is active I get no notifications? I suspect I set this up improperly.

I’m using the Honeywell Ademco Vista Alarm Panels via AD2USB plugin.

Has anyone else been able to trigger PLEG actions using Alarm trigger?
