Aotec energy monitor gen5 1 clamp

I have an Aeotec energy monitor gen5, 1 clamp, EU version. Having just replaced my Vera lite for a Vera plus, I’m having difficulty getting it installed.

It currently constantly says setting user configuration all the time.

I have it set
101 2307
102 0
103 0
111 report Interval 10

And 1 Monitor.

Any clues?
