Hey is there a way to get my old backups store for an old unit on the mios server?
I thought they were kept for 2 weeks. You can restore via the interface and choose a date. Also you must be able to contact customer support and they might have more (if your not EU resident? - GDPR)…?
nah backups are keep for at least 2 months based on my last unit
My last backup in the mios cloud (can see if you login and go to backup) is 13 dec. So 2 weeks.
Maybe you have some special status with mios?
yeah it may be a rolling 2 weeks bc vera-lite still has some backups from 2017 on the cloud even though its been unplugged since then
Where do you see them?
