I updated and now I have a Dimmer Switch Jasco, that just blinks, and not longer functions.
and which I can manage to get it to do something, it strobes, on . off . on . off etc.
How to i recover this device?

It’s pretty hard to help with so little information.
What did you upgrade from and to? What did you upgrade? The switch firmware or the vera?
What model of dimmer is it? Did you read the manual of the firmware? What do you see in the logs? Does it continue to strobe if you shutdown the vera? Did you try cutting power to the switch and turning it back on?
