Can’t stop notifications

Have been having this problem for a few weeks now. Something changed and since then my door sensors and motion sensors send are triggering a notification to be sent every time the doors open or there is motion sensed.

There are no notifications for these actions setup.

The option to send notifications for security and tampering is disabled.

Why am I still getting notifications?
How to disable?

Hi there, maybe you have scenes with added notifications.

In any case, if you can’t figure this out hit that “Need help” button up top this page.

I had a same case for a year ago. The fault then was that i had made a user for Vera support to simulate another problem. When they were finished i forgot to erase the user. In that user notifikations was enabled on sensors…

Erased the user and fixed.
Maybe not your problem…

I have no scenes at all. Everything controlled by Reactor.

My Wife is the only other user, and she is not getting any notifications at all…not sure that is the cause.

Still stumped. Will go with the “need help” route thanks.

Support helped me solve this one.

I had those sensors switched to “armed” when changing house modes (home/away). There are a few other options on that settings page for notifications.

Wish there was one central place to see all notification options, or link to “check this setting”
