Can't add new notifications

Running latest version 7.23 and lastest UI7 for my Vera Edge.

But whenever I add a new notification to a device, and go to the tab in VeraAlerts, I always get the line, there is 1 device updated.
And no matter what I do, reload page, reboot Vera, reload LUA, I won’t receive the message and there is always 1 device updated.

What’s wrong here?

In Settings … turn off notifications … Save changes … reboot vera.
Then turn them back on …

Just once? Or do I have to do this every time I add new notifications?

Should be a one time thing … this is left over from Vera changing the handling of scenes earlier this year.
