How do you change or delete a device variable being watched.

If you are referring to unwatching the variable. The only reliable way to do this is to Reload Luup and not include the watch.
Can someone expand on the above response. I’d like to delete a variable from the datayours Whisper UI and there is no obvious way to do so. Before I start mucking around at the file level, I’d like to understand how a deletion of a variable from the Whisper DB is optimally handled.
