Chatty Vera 3 controller is making a lot of traffic on my network

I am looking for help with a chatty Vera 3 controller. Its making a lot of traffic on my network.

what setting are you putting into your router for QOS - how did you find it.

Thanks for any info.

Starting to think either MIOS is defective or my vera lite is

Did you disable auto-discovery of network devices? (UPnP).
That is a lot of wasted traffic IMHO…
