Check for event - once in 24hrs

Hello All -
I’ve been working on converting much of my logic to Reactor. Great plugin. I have a seemingly easy one that I can’t figure out.

I’d like to check for a device event to happen at least once every 24 hours. (eg. A light switch ON at least once within that period)

Can someone provide me direction?

If you mean ‘Has this tripped once in the last 24 hours’ I’d do it by testing that the switch has gone OFF and that condition has been sustained for 86400 seconds.
