Hi–

Recently I have been getting logged off of the web site on a frequent basis. I have been entering pin codes for door locks. The message says “Wait 2 minutes until the lock is updated.” Before the two minutes is up I get logged off the web site and must log back in. Needless to say the process now for entering door lock pins takes forever. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

I have not, but I seldom log into the Vera. I typically access locally. Even when traveling, I VPN to my network and access it locally. If you can try to configure things while logged on locally, that may help.

Hi–

This logoff issue continually is getting worse. I have several lua code segments I have been using and while making changes vera logs me off loosing all of my changes :frowning:

Hello Jack, if you haven’t done so already I advise logging a ticket with our support team. Either email them at support@getvera.com or use the Need Help button up top. I will give them a heads up to look for existing tickets.
