Control Mitsubishi Electric AC with Lua?

Hi community developers,

Does anyone know if it’s possible to use Lua to integrate the Mitsubishi Electric Air Conditioner with Vera using this API GitHub - NovaGL/diy-melview: Controling MelView API?

Ideally I’d like to automatically adjust the AC temp based on solar energy output and /or outside temp through a Reactor.

e.g. If importing more than 2000W, and outside temp is <30°, turn the AC 1° degree higher
or If exporting more than 3000W, and outside temp is >27°, turn the AC to 24°

I see the Home Assistant community has created one for reference.

I’d be happy to pay A$40 for someone to code this up for me.

It is possible. Authenticate through https, get cookie and use it to send messages. Of course the nicest would be if someone makes a plugin for everyone to use.
