Door sensor in app vs UI

Noob question. I did search… honest.

I have a Figaro FGK101. It works basically ok (apart from reporting tamper every time it opens, which I believe is in the queue to be fixed).
In the web UI I can see it?s state but in the iOS app it doesn?t display state. Is this typical?
A bit annoying if I just look at devices to see if the door is open or not.
There are ways around it I guess but it seems silly to not have it as a basic function.

Check device category and subcategory parameters. Probably they are wrong and mobile app doesn’t see it correctly.

If this is still an on-going issue, please submit a trouble ticket (support@getvera.com).
To speed up the things, make sure to have the remote access enabled on the unit and provide the access codes.
