Dreaded FGS-223 and Vera Plus help needed down under

Hi, I am new to the Vera Community and long term Vera user. I have read all the forums but cannot get a Fibaro Double switch 2 to work properly. It pairs ok, and then I get a dreaded “Please wait! Getting secure classes” on the device list(please see screenshot). Device is not responsive…I have also scanned the forums to no avail.

Any help would be appreciated as I have about 10 of these in a new house.

Late breaking news, I am pretty sure its because I have firmware 4150…and my other Vera Plus is 4453. for some reason the new vera thinks firmware 4150 is the latest, back to trawling how to force an upgrade, any tips?

Welcome!
Pair it near the Vera, then move into the final position.
Secure keys exchange could timeout if distance is too much.

I was going to suggest distance as well.

Ref the firmware, I think the consensus right now is stick with what you have. There were issues with the latest release which meant it was pulled. Looks like you upgraded one device and it went OK, then the update was pulled before you upgraded the next?

Last I recall hearing is it was hoped to be out of QA last week. Not sure if there was another round of beta testing planned or not.
