Email notifications stopped

I had email notifications set up that would send email notifications whenever a lock was unlocked or door opened.
This was working until last week. The Vera hub was unplugged overnight, and when it was plugged back in, the Vera hub worked as usual (I can still operate the lock via the web and app, and the notifications show in the web interface) except that no more email notifications are being received for the alerts.
Since I have iOS devices, push notifications were not available when I purchased the equipment a couple years ago, I have always used email notifications as a workaround.

What can I do to restart the email notifications?
Is there any way to receive push notifications on an iPhone?

Maybe this will help you:

  • Tap on the Settings icon from your Home Screen.
  • Scroll to find and tap on Accounts & Passwords.
  • Tap on Fetch New Data.
  • Find the toggle next to “Push”
  • Once “Push” is enabled, scroll down to locate your Mail Account from within the list of accounts and tap on it.
