Hi Folks. I just installed a Kwikset 914 deadbolt, and tried to pair it with my vera plus. It paired, but I keep getting the Failed at: setting special configuration. This means I cannot add pin codes.
I’ve tried pairing as a Kwikset lock, and as a Generic ZWave device with the same results.
I’ve tried several times, and the controller was either 5 feet, or 3 inches away from the lock while pairing.
Never had issues with Kwikset locks before (not this one in particular though).
Anyone with any hints on how to fix this?
