Kwikset smartcode 888 -ERROR: Unable to get any information on node

Just bought two of these locks - getting same error for both
ERROR: Unable to get any information on node…

I am able to add them- Vera says its exchanging keys then states pairing successful. When I try to unlock Vera says getting device name and the comes up with the above error.
Tried unpairing and re-adding both locks with no luck.

I am running a Vera edge with latest firmware any ideas?

Try pairing them near your controller. Locks are usually more sensitive regarding distance than other kind of devices.

I am getting the same error. I have 3 of these locks. 1 added and working correctly, and the other 2 are giving me the above error. I tried adding them within 1 foot of the controller - same issue. Any help??
