Not quite sure I follow just how the neighbor wakeup status relates to sensor triggering, but it worked fine last night with the wakeup disabled for the sensor.

Many have reported stray sensor trips. Vera’s default for battery-operated devices is to launch a neighbor node update each time the device wakes up, which wastes resources and unnecessarily ties up the device. The running suspicion is that some bug or device dependency related to this process is causing the mistrigger. You haven’t disabled wakeup, just the neighbor node update that occurs on wakeup (and only on that particular device).
