our company is thinking about integrating our product into the Vera eco-system and therefore we would like to setup a prototype which can prove the concept.
In summary, we would like to connect an IoT device (connected through cellular link) to a vera system to trigger events (e.g. turn on light). The plugin should therefore be able to connect to a remote server and/or device in the cloud and be able to receive trigger though this connection. The connection is data limited. Therefore MQTT or something similar might be the choice of protocol.
The job would be paid as freelance. In case of success, a subsequent job to finalize as product might be possible.
