Make Firmware bin file available

Im requesting for the support team to make firmware .bin files available so we can so we can use the firmware uploader tool fix broken devices instead of having to RMA b/c that is a waste of time

I have done it with vera plus and my vera edge

Is that something like the Asus recover tool for routers? That would be a great tool to have available.

If this group is in any way representative of a wider group (non-technical) users, the poor support team must be exhausted.

See this for the Vera Lite Firmware Flash VeraLite - MiOS. having this for the now supported models would be good.

Is it wise to have firmware bin files on general release. An incorrect bin file in the wrong hands is a weapon of mass destruction.
