yup i have a dead v+ i got a new one so im using the backup from the dead v+ to restore the system

So I’d have thought (assuming you don’t have a locally stored backup) that you register your new unit and the backups can be obtained from the backup page?

But otherwise I guess you’ll have to speak with support :frowning:
