Are these files and the MiOS Update Utility still in effect? I see that the utility has not been updated since 2013. Of course that doesn’t mean it won’t be useful. Has anyone created a zwave_products_user.xml file and been successful in getting a z-wave device to its full functionality? I’ve added a z-wave thermostat as a generic z-wave device. It is recognized as a thermostat and has most of the functionality available for it. But the thermostat is connected to an outdoor temperature sensor and I believe it supports COMMAND_CLASS_SENSOR_MULTILEVEL_V5. I’d like to be able to get the temperature readings from this sensor.
I’ve installed this app and it looks like it doesn’t work. It attempts to download the two files from http://download.mios.com/fixes/ui7/ and fails with a 404 - not found. Should this app even be available in the app store if it no longer works?
