Monoprice Dual Relay 11990

I could use some help on how to configure the VP to show both switches and both output signals. I added it as a generic z-wave type, but it only shows as a single on/off switch. I did successfully change a tilt switch to show all of its capabilities, but I’m really stumped on this one.

Any help is greatly appreciated

Thank you for your reply. Between my email and your email, I have seemed to have solved my dilemma. I found that adding the device as a Qubino Flush 2 Relay, the parent switch and the two independent switches now show up correctly.
