Neo Coolcam 3-ch switch

I’ve just bought new 3-ch switch from Neo:

I have 1- and 2-channel switches and they are working fine with Vera.
But this one is not
Well, I can on/off them using app but device doesn’t report properly its status to vera.
Vera recognizes total four devices: one for physical device and three endpoints.

But when I press any of three switches on device, only main device status in Vera is changed (on/off). Endpoints devices are not triggered.

This is what I get if I enable middle switch (_Appliance Module 1 should be also triggered):

Is there a way I can fix this?

Unfortunately for me I’ve bought the same device before reading this. just arrived and problem is exactly the same. Touching any switch on panel only switch root endpoint in vera.
There is another strange behavior. I couldn’t set any device variable. Even switch panel back-light off. All changes are rejected by device. I can only monitor variables Maybe this will help finding solution?
