Not seeing Galaxy s3 IP webcam camera

I can see all my cameras from vera but not my smartphone. I switched to Google fiber from my old ISP. saying image not available. I can see camera from TinyCAm and Vera and directly from IP address. I am port forwarded. Any help or ideas. I know it has to be something simple.

I’m using UI7 on a vera lite. Everything worked perfectly till I got google Fiber. 5 cameras working, only android phone IP Webcam not being seen.
