PLEG won't load on new version 9.1

This morning I noticed PLEG was not functioning. When I try to edit it I get an error ‘Cant read data’. I restored to yesterdays backup & all works on version 8.11 OK until it automatically updates to 9.1. It appears it can’t read I_ProgramLogicEG.xml.lzoenc which has a new datestamp after upgrade. I restored a second time and disabled auto update on PLEG and all is OK on 8.11.

It appears the new version 9.1 was released yesterday??
