Plugin stopped working, hangs on device edit page.

Hi there, i was wondering why i have received no alerts recently and upon looking at my Vera Alerts plugin device, when i click the “edit” tab, the window hangs at a progress bar that says “Opening valnit…”

I tried uninstalling the plugin and device, reloading, then reinstalling the plugin. but the device still hangs at the edit page.

I did edit some devices and forgot to go to the config tab here a while back, so maybe that has something to do with it?

Only other thing i’ve done to my system was add the ALTUI plugin about a month ago.

thoughts? I’ve attached screenshot of issue (from UI5 & UI5ALTUI)

I am having same issue… my alerts come through but I can not edit it never loads. Please advise if you found a resolution. Thanks

Ok… issue was I am on UI5 and vera alerts automatically updated to 7.1. I found a thread to downgrade vera alerts to work with UI5:

When I put the URL in it displayed an error on line 2 but it still showed vera alerts downgraded, reboot vera. Everything is good now. Good luck
