Programming manual features of Schlage BE469ZP lock

I have just installed a Schlage BE469ZP lock and it seems to be working well. It has many good features that can be programmed/enabled manually. Has anyone tried to program them from the Vera UI? I have a Vera Plus with the UI7. Is it as simple as creating variables for the features. And is there a list of variables which relate to the features?

Manufacturer specific parameters can be set in the device options page of the device, click add configuration settings button
