Repeated alerts are not repeating

Hi

I am having a right issue at the moment with repeated alerts being sent from Vera to VeraAlerts

Attached is the front door repeated alert config i have from Vera.

Am i configuring the alerts incorrectly.

I had the front door open for about 12 minuets and only got a single alert even though the repeat was triggered.

Try reversing the order of the conditions.
Generate a status report when its NOT working … i.e. 5 minutes after the door was left open.
