Thank you for the tip on setting these Sengled EL11-G13 LED bulbs up in VeraPlus using the Sylvania/Osram Zigbee template.
I purchased some of these Sengled bulbs, the first one paired OK and then crashed. Then I could not get it, or any of the others to pair regardless of doing the manual bulb reset (starting with lamp on, turn it off then back on quickly 10 times).
Once I tried setting these Sengled bulbs up as Sylvania/Osram they all configured first try and work great.

your problem is not related to your module but to the zigbee.
I had the same problem.
your configuration must be old and the zigbee is probably not on number 2. to solve the problem you have to delete module 2 and that’s enough.
