Trouble with Vera / Invisalink 4 communication

Hi,

I have been able to add the dsc app and find all my alarms sensors. How do I go about activating and deactivating my alarm from vera? It shows that it is alarmed but doesn’t set the alarm? Is there a setting I am missing in vera? I feel like I am so close to getting my alarm to work…

I have a similar issue that would be great to get some assistance on.

Vera can see the alarm, read all of the zones, but I can not arm\disarm, anything. I have tried setting the advanced setting to disarm; but it still can not arm or disarm our alarm.

Any help?
