This is my first post on the forum I only got up and running 2 days ago. One of the first devices I added was a TZ08 Z Wave Roller Shutter device. I have it connected to a window actuator. It will open or close for a fraction of a second and then stops. I can operate the windows actuator using momentary buttons. Does anyone have any ideas what could be wrong ?

Did you calibrate the device?

No I didn’t calibrate I have found you press the button on the device for 3-6 seconds and it starts a calibrate but it only open about 2 inches and then partly shuts and that’s it for the calibration is there something else I am doing wrong ? Do I manually calibrate ?

I dont know of any manual calibration.
When calibration starts the shutter should move up not down.
Try manually lowering shutter and then start calibration. The shutter should move up down and up again.
