Understand the variables page

Hello everyone
I’m trying to understand the Variable page of devices, how does it work? how are elements such as Capabilities, NodeInfo, Neighbors, LastReset, AssociationNum, ecurityFailed, and all the rest filled in because I often find CommandClasses in device manuals but I don’t know where it is used in Vera please ?
