Updated Vera UI7 on Vera3, now just red/green blinking power light

Up until yesterday I was running the latest version of UI7 on Vera3. I was prompted to upgrade, it failed at sending the firmware over, and since then booting up the device just shows the red/green blinking power light. At one point when I powered it on, the USB light lit up, but it doesn’t even do that anymore.

Is there a way to figure this out?
