Vera Plus bricked

Hey.
My Vera plus fell with the update attempt. Currently, only the Power LED is on.
I used to have a similar session with Vera Lite and it was a nice instruction how to do it. Can I also get it from Vera Plus?

I have a brand new unit and will be wanting to upgrade it, is there a cheat sheet or manual downloads I can grab to make the upgrade a smooth process?

I really don’t want to brick the unit on it’s maiden voyage!

I also had my device bricked and called customer care for assistance. The box won’t respond to any commands and does not have an IP address. Care tells me that the update caused the issue and that they will send me a replacement device. That sounds great…however, now they want the original receipt and I don’t have it. Weeks have gone by and I have a nice paperweight. I am so beyond frustrated with this company.
