My Vera Plus failed on update a few years back. Support managed to fix this remotely, but I was almost impossible, as the device was in a restart loop and gave only few seconds for the operator to enter commands. Since then I tried once to update, but it also failed. Thou it recovered on its own, but I am afraid to start that again.
Is there a safe way to do this? Safer then regular „update” from web interface?
