Shall I open a support request?
I have no idea why Vera has not been fixed. I have heard so many excuses why it can not be fixed, the only thing they told me was they can do a work around. I said no thanks.

Is it possible to shared the solution ? I have the same problem as well. Support has logged in to solve the problem, but I recently unpaired the FGS-213 and re-paired. Then the problem appeared again. Rather than raising another support ticket, is the solution something end users can do in the UI?
