VeraPlus not working anymore

HI GUYS. Im a new VERA CUSTOMER. Im very dissapointed and worried about my smart home project.

The thing is that after I tried for a couple of hour working and setting properly my new HUB, after the upgrade that the IPHONE APP ASK ME FOR….

There’s nothing but the POWER LIGHT ON.

Ive check it online and realized that sadly many customer had the same issue on the last couple of years.

RESETTING IS DOING NOTHING NOT EVEN UNPLUGGING
