Hello. Recently I had a GE/Jasco ZW1002 smart receptacle fail by just turning itself on/off repeatedly. I got a replacement, but it would not add to my VeraPlus as a generic device or a Jasco receptacle (different model number as the zw1002 is not listed). I have a Aeotec Z-Stick Gen5 that I thought that you could use to add devices to the Vera network, but I cannot get it to add that way either… Any assistance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
