Hello all. First post as a member, but been reading for a little while!
So, I made an order on 3/26 over zwaveoutlet.com and received a shipping confirmation next day 3/27. Was very excited about it. But checked the tracking information at USPS on the 29 (which was supposed to arrive as it was priority mail) and found out it has not even been picked up at their place. So I tried calling, emailing and everything but have not got a response until this moment.
Has anyone ordered from them before? or it is a scam?

We have been in business for 5 years. Operated under SmartHomeSD for awhile and split the company to Smart Home SD (install Business) and ZWave Outlet. We are a Veteran owned and operated company and members of the Z-Wave Alliance.

We use secure payment forums, credit card, amazon pay, apple pay and PayPal.
Please keep in mind that when shipping with USPS they don’t always scan the package on pickup from our warehouse. Most of the time its a 2-3 business day delay.
But also looking at this order it threw a lot of red flags which delayed shipment on our system:
There is a high risk of this order being fraudulent. Fraud analysis has detected details that appear suspicious. Contact the customer to validate the order.
The billing address is listed as United States, but the order was placed from Dominican Republic
There are 3 payment attempts on this order.
The credit card was issued in Dominican Republic, but the billing address country is United States.

Well this post well over a year old so your really digging threw, but thanks for the info and making a presence anyways.
It very well might all check out but not only did you find things suspicious, but his activity on the forum is the same.
He only registered the same day of the post. He has not been back on the forum since the day after that. I bet that order was never delivered.
His last check in on the forum was 1 day after he registered on the forum and posted (both happened the same day). If he forgot about the post 1 day later, he has bigger issues. But seeing how “ZwaveOutlet” said there was issues and the system popped up a "Contact the customer to validate the order " message sounds like the order didn’t get sent.
I recently ordered some products from zwaveoutlet.com. It has been 3-4 days, but the product is not shipped. Left messages and emailed. No response. This business is horrible. No one returns your phone calls. Be aware!
