August Pro paired but doesn't show under Vera devices

Hi friends, I’m absolutely stuck.

Followed instructions to add my August Pro to the z wave hub on my Vera Plus. Everything is fine and dandy, got the warning to prompt that the lock is S2 while the hub is S0, and added it just fine.

On the August App is says “Your lock is connected to a Z-Wave hub.” On the Vera dashboard there are zero devices.

I have since reset the Vera plus hub, reset the z wave network, removed z-wave device on the august app and reset the lock multiple times. After pairing each time, August seems to think everything is fine while Vera doesn’t register any devices.

Is there anything else I can try or missed?
