Battery disconnected? (Vera Secure)

Why is my Vera Secure reporting “Battery is disconnected”? And battery level is shown as 0%…

And now, about 5 hours later battery level is 95% but as far is I can tell there was no “battery connected” alert/Event…

I’m not at home right now and issues like this makes me nervous… Can I trust my Vera Secure?

I think I saw this once. like you, and it seemed to be in error.

I don’t think I would worry about it - even if the battery dies the VeraSecure would stay up as long as there is utility power. And if you lost utility power, it should reboot when power is restored.
