Connection via Relay (mios) very instable

Hi All,

i can connect through the connection page to my vera plus. When i want to see a log it cancels the connection. in thead there stands: “https://vera-eu-oem-relay31.mios.com/…” Error is: There was a problem with the connection to the controller. Please check the internet connection and cable

Normally i start the ui with my internal ip-adress.
Any Suggestions?

There a couple of things that might lead to this, from some browser cookie issue to old firmware. If you can’t figure this out, don’t hesitate to reach our customer care as well. support@getvera.com or I need help button up top.
