I noticed that if I create a new reactor and then go and delete the first condition in the default group, I cannot add it back in. Is that by design?

Nope, first I’ve heard of it, and something I often do.
Did you hard-refresh your browser when creating the new sensor?

I just got home/back to my desk and tried, and works for me no problem. If you’re still having trouble, please detail out your steps to reproduce.
