My Vera Edge can;t access notification settings

I’m trying to stop some alerts I set up last year. When I’m logged in and access the menu within the User & Account settings and the Notifications or Alertsmenus i get a message that says can’t access at this time. I’ve been trying for awhile and even updated to the latest firmware.

I have a Vera Plus, UI7. Logged in, when to User & Account, Notifications, checked Low Battery alerts and then update settings. Seemed to work. Went back in and unchecked Low Battery and updated. Vera again reports it was successful.

I did not see any options in the Alerts, except deleting alerts.

Perhaps support can sort it out?
