Yes 0.6 is the latest version.
You can only actually set it by 1 degree. Vera supports increments of 0.5, but you’ll see if you set it to 21.5 the Tado will actually go to 22. Thats a limit in the official Tado app as well unfortunately.
Not sure if I follow your second question. If you want to to go back to the smart schedule after the next scheduled time, then open your thermostat in the Vera GUI and go to AC Settings. In here there is a setting called “Expiration”, set this to “TADO_MODE”.
Now at the next scheduled event it should go back into Smart Schedule by itself. (if I recall correctly how it works you’ll need to change the thermostat mode in Vera for the changes to take effect as it sends the expiration state to the Tado when you change modes using Vera).
