"Problems Contacting Vera" Recurring

I keep getting “Problems Contacting Vera” when trying to view pictures captured by various cameras on veraAlerts. I can usually clear them by going to “Vera Credentials” and then “List Vera IDs”. I’ll see my vera units, and the “contacting problem” issue seems to resolve itself for a while.

It seems like some sort of connection needs to get refreshed periodically? Any thoughts on why?

Same issue here…
I am receiving the alerts on my Android phone, but when I click on the picture (attached to the alert) I get a message "problems contacting Vera.
Stopped and restarted the app, checked Vera credentials in the app, check register code (same in the app and the controller).

No clue what caused this, and how to solve it…
