hey Purchsed a V+ off Fleabay but cannot associate it with my account and factory reset doesn’t work

I purchased one in November. I did the factory reset from the UI7 screen rather than doing a reset using buttons. Adding it to my account was pretty easy also. Perhaps you need to contact support if the seller did not release it from his account. I thought a factory reset addressed this.

hmm ill tray again tomorrow,. when i try to factory reset it says im not authorized

Likely the previous owner has not removed it from his account. Best to contact the seller. The serial number/ PK number of the unit is tied to their account.
